Join Kevin Reik for a free educational homebuyer seminar designed specifically for University of Rochester employees interested in learning more about purchasing a home in the Rochester area.
During this seminar, attendees will learn about the Employer Assisted Housing Initiative (EAHI) grant program, which may provide eligible buyers with up to $20,000 toward down payment and closing costs when purchasing a qualifying home in designated areas of Rochester. We will also review additional first-time homebuyer programs, local grant opportunities, financing strategies, and steps buyers can take now to prepare for successful homeownership.
