After being redirected to our secure portal powered by Avail. Create your account (if you haven’t already) using the email associated with your lease. After logging in, you’ll see your balance, payment history, and available payment options. To make a one-time payment, select your preferred method (bank account, debit, or credit card) and follow the prompts. To set up automatic payments, navigate to the “Payments” section, select “Set Up Autopay,” choose your payment method, and schedule the date you’d like rent to be withdrawn each month (we recommend setting it a few days before rent is due to avoid delays). Once enabled, your rent will be paid automatically each month, helping you stay on time and worry-free.
